Anxiety Symptoms

Scare has been piece of daily lives. Some may accumulate it strange if someone says he is not anxious about anything. Some people of the academe voice that we should trust in the Almighty one to avoid such burdens. As I poured over hundreds of websites, reading on the many symptoms, it showed that it affects different parts of the whole body: chest residence, emotions, playing on scare, the head, hearing, the mind, the mood, and mouth, the skin, sleeping habits, survey and touch. From the looks of it, unconsciously many have suffered one of these many symptoms.
We often earn it human nature to peril or feel tense. Be it for a job interview, a speech we have to perform, feel butterflies in the stomach in intense situations or even afraid when we are undergoing pressure. Like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, it is also the response of the body to misfortune. It is salubrious in a sense that, it helps us sustain focused on a task at hand, prompt us to act upon a stimulus or design us determine posthaste and consider faster, but when it starts to meddle with your life, relationships and other activities, then it begins to become a disorder. From the normal distress attacks, it becomes an fear disorder. Symptoms may vary from one person to the other. They all seek the same. If a symptom is prove in one person, another subject may not have it. Emotional symptoms include feelings of panic, always anticipating the worst thing that could happen, restlessness and irritability. People around will be the first to glance in this sudden change, in behavior. Physical symptoms due to alarm happen like, dryness of skin, the heart pounding hard, excessive sweating, tremors and twitches, muscle tensions, trouble in sleeping and shortness of breath. Anxiety: You Are What You Think

I’d like to section a legend of hardship that will best encourage me justify “You Are What You contemplate”. Having been with my wife for almost nine years and married for six years I was torn to pieces to earn out one night that she had left me for someone else when asked why she told me she waited for me for four years to regain succor for my dismay attack and Agoraphobia with not one complaint and this combined with other factors 1. I have been cheated on by treasure one in my life. 2. I’m now all alone 3. Betrayal and many other factors really took a toll on me. We work things out and she came befriend after only a petite time apart. It was one of those deciding factors in me getting better. I had a lot of issues with trust and thoughts of what she have done when she was away. I started to become jealous and I didn’t want her to leave home because I was timid she wouldn’t approach support.
You may be wondering what does this have to do with fear or agoraphobia? Well this really beat me up and I was corpulent of negativity until one day I realized an used saying I learned in school from a motivational speaker “you can either obtain bitter or you can gain better” I was jealous because I chose to come by jealous. I was unlit because I chose to be said. Were there issues? clear, but I either had to change my perceptions or change what’s going on. harm is the body trying to content you something.
